The Wirral Waters scheme for Urban Splash Modular comprised 15 no Town Houses in a single Terrace.
White Gebrik brickslip cladding was used in 215 mm format to the front and rear elevations with striking, contrasting double width 440 mm slips to the gables all fixed back to an NVelope helping hand bracket and rail support system. Redbridge Quay, as it’s recently been named, was one of the first developments in the overall Wirral Waters projects which is going to radically transform this area over the next few years.
