Port Loop Phases 1 and 2 consisted of 72 Town Houses of both 2 and 3 storeys for Urban Splash Modular.
Pods were constructed off-site at the factory in Alfreton and then transported to the site in Central Birmingham for installation. We were able to fix much of the support system in the factory with “stitch up” support and the Equitone Tectiva panels fitted on site. A truly striking development
